RESPONDENTS / RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(M)No.6778 of 2018 dated 26.4.2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PL.NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Though the petitioner had sought for total relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 26.04.2018 passed in Crl.O.P. (MD).Nos.6778 and 6779 of 2018, today when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the conditions in paragraph No.27(i),(iii),(iv) and (v).

2.In view of the above, the condition No.27(ii) imposed in the order dated 26.04.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.6778 and 6779 of 2018, is modified to the effect that the police personnel conducting the surveillance of the petitioner's house shall refrain from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entering inside the residential house. The cost of providing such police personnel shall continue to be paid by the petitioner. All the other conditions made in the order dated 26.04.2018, shall remain intact.
