ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners received a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- from the defacto complainant promising to arrange a job abroad and subsequently, the petitioners neither arranged the job nor returned the amount to the defacto complainant.

4. It is seen that on 14.10.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioners were indulged in the offence of job racketing. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

7. Taking note of the fact that serious offence is said to have been committed by the petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

8. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the interim order already granted is vacated.

9. There is no reason as to why the Police have not initiated action against the persons, who are giving bribe, as giving bribe as well as receiving bribe is an offence.
