ORDER

Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent police to take appropriate actions against the 3rd respondent on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents 1 and 2 dated 05.01.2026 and 05.02.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed recording the statement of both the parties that they would resolve the dispute between them before the appropriate civil forum.
