ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.6, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC altered into 147, 148, 120(b), 212, 449 and 302 IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Earlier this Court had dismissed the petitioner's application for anticipatory bail on 05.04.2018.
3.The petitioner had earlier moved this Court by filing Crl.OP (MD).No.4192 of 2018. This Court dismissed the said application on 05.04.2018 on the ground that in a case of murder, anticipatory bail can be granted only if it is conclusively established that the person is falsely implicated in the case. There is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this present Criminal Original Petition is also dismissed.
