ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in civil dispute.

2. Even though the complaint that was given by the third respondent against the petitioner is closed by the second respondent on 11.02.2023, after enquiry, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that still the second respondent is forcing the petitioner to settle the said amount to the third respondent.

3. Since, already the complaint that was given by the third respondent has been closed by the second respondent, no more trouble can be created to the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor may also advice the second respondent accordingly. 2/5
