ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 22.10.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 449, 307 and 302 I.P.C, in Crime No.739 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already arrested and released on bail. Subsequently, due to his non-appearance before the Court, pursuant to the issuance of non-bailable warrant, he was arrested on 22.10.2017. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 22.10.2017 and there are five previous cases against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
