In Crime No.15 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the intervener as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that it is a clear case of job racketing. Considering the serious allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
