Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, particularly the third respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for removing the Gravel stones dumped in front of his shop "Sumangali Sarees and Ready Mates" situated at D.No.20/258, Thogaimalai, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District and also opening the shutter of the aforesaid his shop and doing business from the respondents 4 to 7.
