ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) IPC and in Crime No. Not known of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been pending.

4.Earlier order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3544 of 2018, dated 07.03.2018, to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks, has not been complied with. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
