PRAYER :- To modify the conditions imposed on Cr.MP.No.704 of 2021 in order dated 03.03.2021 on the file of the Principal District Judge and Session Judge Trichirappalli and petitioners/Accused on their depositing a sum of Rs.37,500/- each in the case Crime Number before the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Judge and Session Judge Trichirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.704 of 2021, dated 03.03.2021 directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.37500/- each to the credit of Crime Number before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below seems to be proper and appropriate.
