For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam Government Advocate(Crl.Side) PETITION FOR Extension of Time Under Sec.439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time to surrender before the concerned magistrate court made in Cr.MP.No.704 of 2021 in order dated 03.03.2021 on the file of the Principal District Judge and Session Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate vide order dated 03.03.2021 made in Cr.M.P.No.704 of 2021 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli dated 03.03.2021 directing them to deposit a sum of Rs.37500/- each to the credit of Crime Number before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai. He would further that the petitioners are coolie workers and they are unable to mobilize the said amount, hence he seeks time to comply with the conditions.

CRL OP(MD). No.6187 of 2021 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation this petition is allowed and the time for complying the condition and producing the sureties and compliance of the condition is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
