ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Challenging the sale notice dated 03.03.2022 issued by the second respondent, the above writ petition is filed.

2. Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

3. It is now reported before this Court that the sale as advertised by the impugned notice had not taken place for want of bidders. It is further represented that the husband of the petitioner 2/4

has challenged the subsequent sale notice, dated 08.07.2022, in W.P(MD)No.16967 of 2022.

4. In such circumstances, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
