ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the Impugned Order issued by the second respondent in his Proceedings in m.jp.K.vz;/21/20/2014, dated 16.06.2014 and consequently directing the second respondent to approve the plan submitted by the petitioner for construction of a house dated 23.09.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for necessary approval of building plan and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
