ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294 (b) and 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.66 of 2018 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 13.05.2018, when the defacto complainant was proceedings in his two wheeler, the Auto driven by the first petitioner scratched the two wheeler, hence, there was a wordy quarrel arose between them and thereby, the petitioners abused him by using filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that no one was injured in the said occurrence.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no one is injured, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
