This petition is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the earlier order passed in W.P(MD) No.7418 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025, the crime number has been wrongly mentioned as Cr.No.151 of 2021 instead of Cr.No.152 of 2021 in the paragraphs 3 and 4 and the same may be rectified.

3. In view of the above submission, the crime number in the paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be modified as Crime No.152 of 2021.
