ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners, who were remanded on 30.03.2018 and 28.03.2018 respectively for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 r/w 397 IPC, in Crime No.183 of 2006 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioners, I am of the view that the petitioners could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioners shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
