The petitioner's husband is seen an accused in three cases, alleging that the petitioner is being harassed by the second respondent, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that no such harassment is made against the petitioner by the respondent police.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed and the said submission is recorded. No Costs.

5. However, it is made clear that in the absence of any specific compliant of the petitioner, the second respondent shall not call her to the police station.
