ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 325 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.110 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that there was a wordy quarrel among the employees in respect of the theft of the mobile phone of the de facto complainant. The petitioner assaulted the de facto complainant and he sustained simple injury. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the injury is simple in nature, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
