2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.A2. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 26.05.2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.952 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Goondas.
