ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue No Objection Certificate for the location of the Retail Outlet on behalf of the 2nd respondent namely Territory Manager (Retail), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Madurai Retail Territory.
2. Heard Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for R1.
3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse orders are to be passed against the 2nd respondent, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispense with.
4. When the matter came up for admission today, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf the 1st respondent would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered and orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. The 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) in accordance with law after due notice to the petitioner and the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
