ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3. They were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.06.2017 for the offences punishable under Section 4 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 27, 28 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

2.This is the third application of the petitioners for grant of bail. This Court earlier on 13.04.2018 directed the Trial Court to expedite the Trial and conclude the same within a period of six months. Therefore, there is no substance in this petition.

3. Hence, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is also dismissed.
