This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceeding in Crime No.272/2016 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police Muthukulathur Police Station Ramanathapuram District and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.272 of 2016 has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, but the same has not been taken on file.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to

law with further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Crime No.272 of 2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
