O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint, dated 18.01.2016, lodged by her.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on the complaint, dated 18.01.2016, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as the second respondent has no jurisdiction to enquire into the matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional Police.
