ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who are arrayed as accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 IPC on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the de-facto complainant filed a complaint before the respondent police against the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions, would submit that till date, there is no complaint registered against the petitioner. 4.Considering the non-registration of complaint, there is no apprehension for arrest. Accordingly, this petition filing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ grant of anticipatory bail before this Court does not arise.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail as and when a complaint is registered by the law enforcing agency.
