ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 302 IPC in Crime No.23 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.It is a case of murder. The petitioner's name is mentioned in the First Information Report itself. Unless it is shown that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, question of granting anticipatory bail will not arise.

4.Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
