This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to give police protection and also consideration of his representation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. Perusal of the records shows that there is an inter-se dispute between the petitioner and his brother. The learned Government A dvocate submitted that the dispute with respect to the first honour given by the temple. It is also submitted that the first honour is being given to the petitioner's brother over the years, now the petitioner claims the first honour, which is objected by the petitioner's brother.

4. This inter-se dispute between brothers cannot be decided by this Court. Though, the Writ Petition has been filed for police protection and the same cannot be given by ignoring the rights of his brother. Hence this petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
