O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents herein to grant permission and to provide protection to conduct Kumbabhisegam to the Sri Vathalakundu Mariyamman Temple which is situated in Sundararajapuram Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Viruthunagar District by considering representation, dated 28.03.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there is a rival party claiming title over the same temple for conducting kumbabisegam.

3. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party and conduct enquriy on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 28.03.2022 and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
