ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents herein not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and her brother and sisters under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.04.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
