ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506 (ii) IPC and in Crime No.24 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that there was a family dispute between the petitioners and the de facto complainant. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
