Mohankumar, Advocate for the 1st to 3rd respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed seeking extension of time already granted by this Court by the order dated 30.10.2023, in C.R.P.(MD)(NPD).No.1664 of 2018 to file a petition before the Executing Court under Order 21 Rule 97 of C.P.C. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to grant further time of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
