ORDER
The plaintiff in O.S.No.517 of 2024, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.
2.A perusal of the records reveal that the suit has been filed for the declaration that the election for the committee of Management of the first defendant Society conducted by the 7th defendant on 07.11.2022, is null and void and consequential prayers have also been sought for. 3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the defendants 1 to 7 have already filed their written statement and other defendants are likely to file their written statement on 05.04.2025. It is further contended that the suit is filed challenging the election held on 07.11.2022, and the tenure will get over by November 2025. Therefore, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.
4.The suit has been filed only in December 2024 and in such circumstances, time limit cannot be fixed by this Court for disposal. However, 3/6
the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditious as possible, keeping in mind that the tenure of the elected members is about to expire in November 2025.
5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
