ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.09.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341 and 336 IPC and Sections 3(1) and 5 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, in Crime No.596 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner caused damage to the Government bus by throwing a stone. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is languishing in jail from 21.09.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that there is no previous case as against this petitioner. 5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 14/10/2016 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
