Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from giving land acquisition compensation to the wrong entry holder name and direct them to replace the wrong entry holder's name in all related records with the petitioner's father namely P.Masanampillai and further direct them to disburse National Highways-49, Land Acquisition compensation to the petitioner's family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2015.
