ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294 (b), 324 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.29 of 2018 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.05.2018, due to previous motive, the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant, attacked him and abused him by using filthy language. Hence, this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the injured has been discharged from hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, daily at 05.00 p.m until further orders. sd/- 23/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
