O R D E R

[Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encrochment made in the common pathway Kallar Street, Kaikurichi, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District. The writ petitioner gave a representation dated 18.03.2014.

2.The District Collector, Pudukottai, by memorandum bearing O.Mu.No.4376 of 2014 E1 dated 19.04.2014 called upon the Tahsildar, Alangudi Taluk to take action in the matter. The fourth respondent is said to be the encroacher. 3.This Court directs the third respondent to take action for removal of the encroachment in question after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and by following the statutory procedure. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
