ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is a sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.09.2016 initially for the alleged offence under Girl missing and subsequently, altered into under Section 366 (A) IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Protection of Children of Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.449 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had abducted the victim girl and physically abused her. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is languishing in jail from 04.09.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that major part of the investigation is over. 5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on

bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
