ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings dated 10.03.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Sri Muthumariamman Kovil Panguni Peruvizha situated at Senthalai, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District which has been scheduled from 16.03.2025 to 25.03.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today the learned counsel appearing on either side jointly submitted that after elaborate discussion all the parties decided to conduct festival together without any issues, therefore nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. Since the festival is scheduled to be held from 16.03.2025 to 25.03.2025 this Court directs the second respondent to grant police protection and to monitor the entire festival by ensuring the law and order.
