ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings in the Patta Appeal No. Na.Ka.No. 2976/2025/A4 filed by the Petitioner, within a time-bound periods.
2. The Tahsildar issued patta to the fourth respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the second respondent.
3. Therefore, this Court is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal and conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
