The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings in Appeal submitted by the petitioner in Na.Ka.B4/18243/2022.

2.The petitioner has filed an appeal which is pending before the first respondent. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has issued summons to both the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and hearing was conducted for four times but the order was not passed by the 1st respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
