PRAYER IN AS(MD)No.SR52810 OF 2017:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the judgment and final decree dated 23.12.2016 in O.S.No.51 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur in so far as it is against the Appellants and grant the decree as prayed for in favour of the Appellants against the Defendants 3 and 4 as well and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA,J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 149 days in paying the deficit Court fees in A.S.(MD) SR.No.52810 of 2017.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 149 days in paying the deficit Court fees in A.S.(MD)No.SR 52810 of 2017 is condoned, however, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, within one week from today.
4. Meanwhile, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish full set of papers to the respective learned Counsel for the respondents.
