Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai to dispose the criminal case in S.C.No.182 of 2016 in Crime NO.1283 of 2011 under Section 341, 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC within two months time proceedings in day to day stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This application has been filed seeking a direction to the II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai to dispose the criminal case in S.C.No.182 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's son was attacked by the accused in the year 2011, for which, a criminal case in Cr.No.1283 of 2011 was registered against the accused for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC and after four years of the said occurrence, the petitioner's son was murdered by the accused on 25.05.2016. The respondent police has registered the case in Cr.No.592 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of IPC and thereafter, he has been threatening the petitioner with dire consequences.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that now the case is posted on 01.11.2016 for framing of charges.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of directing the II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai to dispose the case in S.C.No.182 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
