ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case upon the complaint of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2016 against the accused and investigate in a proper perspective manner in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by another depositor, a case was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.1 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act and the petitioner would be treated as one of the witnesses in that case.
