ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.1385 of 2023, dated 28.02.2023 and modifying the condition No.1 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.364 of 2023, dated 19.01.2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.1385 of 2023, dated 28.02.2023, is set aside and the condition No.1 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.364 of 2023, dated 19.01.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
