O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 05.09.2015, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "The above said writ petition was filed by one Subbiah, S/o.Karuppan to get his retirement benefits. During the pendency of the above said writ petition, the entire retirement benefits were given to the petitioner. Hence, he has given letter to withdraw the said writ proceedings.

Therefore, I request to the Registry to list the W.P.(MD)No.11316 of 2014 before the appropriate court under withdrawal caption on 07.09.2016."

He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the letter given and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
