This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.230 of 2014, dated 18.07.2014 for proper investigation within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.230 of 2014 has been completed and it has been closed. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner.
