PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing to the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul to number the unnumbered Petition and pass orders on merits, granting interim custody of the vehicle bearing Registration No.KL.09.AG.5927 to the petitioner, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court and pass any other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and in the circumstances.

ORDER

This petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul to number the Unnumbered Petition and pass orders on merits, granting interim custody of the vehicle https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD).No.5708 of 2021 bearing Regsitration No.KL.09.AG.5927 to the petitioner, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition was filed on 09.03.2021 under Section 451 of I.P.C., seeking order of interim custody of the vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL 09 AG 5927 which is remanded to RPR. No.118 of 2021 in Crime No. 118 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and it was repeatedly returned by the Court, stating one or other reason and finally on 05.04.2021.

3. Since the prayer is very limited, without going in to the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul to number the petition and pass orders, on merits, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
