This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 13.08.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
