ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 for conducting Kattapanchayat in the fourth respondent police station and to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police received a petition forwarded from the Chief Minister's Cell and the same has been enquired. During the enquiry, this petitioner as well as the seventh respondent appeared with their respective counsels and they have given an undertaking that they would solve the issues amicably.

3.As on date, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no petition enquiry pending on the file of the respondents 3 and 4 and this petitioner has not been called for any enquiry, subsequent to the earlier enquiry.
