O R D E R

This criminal original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.33 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi.

2.The defacto complainant/Balamurugan is present before this Court in person. He has been duly identified Mr.S.Alagu Boopathy, HC729 attached to Ilanyankudi Police Station. There are four accused in this case. The defacto complainant states that the proceedings can be quashed in respect of all the accused. The memo of compromise filed by the parties is also to the same effect. On the strength of joint memo of compromise dated 08.04.2021, the impugned proceedings are quashed in respect all the four accused and the criminal original petition is allowed.
