The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision in 1/4

e.f.gp6/56949/2018, which has been pending on the file of the first respondent right from 2018.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition and also in view of the representation of the Government Advocate Mrs.S.Jeyapriya that revision has been taken up on fourth February this year, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the first respondent to hear the said revision and pass orders in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
